Bespoke audio software
Custom playout, automation and integration projects, including white-labelled versions of our products and one-off builds for unusual venues.
From The Old Lemonade Factory in Falmouth, Cornwall, we build and run the background music platform used from single-room salons to 60-zone cruise ships. Software, content and support, all under one roof.
Our software team writes the platform itself: playback engines, scheduling, dashboards and apps. We run an agile, ship-it culture: we've taken a bug report to a released fix in under an hour, and we treat that as the standard rather than the anecdote.
Our content team of programmers drawn from leading UK radio stations curates the music. They build each client's station the way a good radio station is built: balancing styles, artists, eras, tempo and energy so the day flows rather than shuffles.
Because both teams sit together, the product behaves like one thing. When a spa needs treatment-length playlists or a cruise line needs itinerary-aware programming, the people who curate it and the people who code it are in the same room.
It isn't wallpaper. Your venue's sound changes how long people stay, what they spend, and how they remember you, so it deserves the same intent as your lighting and fit-out. It should be properly licensed, it should never depend on the day's broadband, and it should never need a member of staff to think about it. That's the product, and it's also the philosophy.

Streaming infrastructure and analytics for internet and community radio stations, run on our own platform.
Our sister brand Sotto Music serves hospitality groups that want deeper brand-sound direction.
No account managers reading scripts. When you call Falmouth you reach the team that writes the software and programmes the music.
